At Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, we believe that every young person has the right to physical health and emotional well-being. That’s why we offer completely free exercise, workout and dance fitness classes. We’ll even customize a workout plan for you! Our class schedule changes each month. Join Teen Fit by stopping by one of our July or August classes below.
TEEN FIT July and august CLASS SCHEDULE
Power Flex, 4-5 pm at the 92Y*, 3rd Floor Cardio Studio
Build muscle and endurance through cardio moves and weight lifting
Cardio Bootcamp, 4-5 pm at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center**, 2nd Floor Gym
Strengthen your entire body through dynamic, high-energy moves
Yoga/Pilates Fusion, 4-5 pm at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center**, 2nd Floor Gym
Tone your abs and core while increasing your overall strength and flexibility
This schedule is valid through September 1,2017.
All fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, and bring a water bottle. If you’re not already a patient at Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center, please bring a letter from your doctor or proof of an annual physical. If you’re under 18, please bring a signed parental consent form. You must be 10-22 years old to participate.
